Base pay range

$250,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yr

We are a dentist recruiting company working with a reputable private practice seeking an associate dentist. They have many established patients as the associate is relocating. The practice has an average rating of 4.8 stars from over 600 online reviews.

The office primarily operates with about 80% PPOs and 20% Fee for Service. They do not accept Medicaid or HMOs. The practice is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including a CBCT scanner and more. They have a dedicated team of 5 assistants, 4 hygienists, and several front desk staff, all working well together.

The owner performs a wide range of procedures and offers excellent mentoring in implants, full mouth rehab, veneers, cosmetics, etc., for those interested. Focused on general restorative procedures? That’s perfectly fine too.

They are looking for a dentist to work 3 to 5 days per week, depending on preference. There are enough patients for full-time work. Excellent potential for buy-in. A full-time dentist can expect to earn between $250K and $400K annually, depending on procedures performed, due to the patient volume.
