Job description

Every member of the URBN Dental team is vital to its success. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Endodontist, motivated with a positive and flexible attitude, strong experience, and a belief in the mission of giving high-end dental care by down-to-earth providers.

Endodontist will:

The Endodontist will be expected to provide the highest level of care to patients, including, but not limited to:

• Creating a high-end, welcoming service environment for patients
• Fostering a friendly & positive work environment for colleagues
• Proficiency in Endodontic procedures
• High-end private office utilizes Nomad, intra-oral photo technology, Open Dental, and Diode Laser use
• Maintaining a clean, sterile, and organized working facility
• Building relationships and expanding patient volume
• Focus on teamwork and patient experience

Commitment: Part-time/Floater 2-3 days per week

Compensation:

• 1.5k Daily Guarantee vs 40% Collections
• $300,000 - $400,000 per year

URBN Dental is a private dental practice with locations in Uptown, Midtown, and Montrose. With offices in Katy and CityCentre recently opened. We are rapidly growing and are looking to expand our URBN team!

Hours: Typically 8-5pm
