Job Opportunity: Associate Dentist at Springs Dental

Springs Dental is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join our established practice in Saratoga Springs, NY, full-time. The ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and at least 3-5 years of clinical experience.

This position offers mentorship and clinical development opportunities, with educational support and a generous CE allowance.

About Our Practice

• Serving the community since 2015
• Current staff: 3 doctors, 4 PT Hygienists, 7 operatories
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8am-5pm
• Payment model: 50% FFS / 50% PPO
• Equipment: Medit Scanner, Cerec, Wave One, Overjet, etc.
• Active patient base: 3,300 with 35-40 new patients/month

Compensation & Benefits

• Strong minimum guarantee plus a percentage of collections

Qualifications & Skills

• DDS or DMD degree with active New York license in good standing
• Residency in general dentistry preferred
• 3-5 years of clinical experience
• Proficiency in all aspects of general dentistry, with a focus on prevention
• Willingness to learn and improve
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build patient relationships
