Dentologie dental group is seeking an experienced General Dentist (at least two years of practice experience required) to join us in a full-time role! We have opportunities in our Chicago offices.

Our practices are located in downtown Chicago, easily accessible by Metra lines and public parking. They are situated in vibrant neighborhoods with diverse shopping, entertainment, and dining options.

As part of our dentist team, you can expect:

  • Compensation based on 32.5% of adjusted net production
  • Average first-year earnings of $254,000

We are rapidly expanding in Chicago, with 13 locations, over 40,000 active patients, and more than 1,500 new patients monthly.

Responsibilities include:

  • Consulting with patients, discussing concerns, and creating treatment plans
  • Performing procedures such as extractions, root canals, and fillings
  • Addressing bite issues and overcrowding
  • Applying preventive measures like sealants and whitening
  • Prescribing medications and ordering diagnostics
  • Utilizing dental tools for examination and treatment
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Communicating effectively with staff and patients
  • Diagnosing and planning treatment for oral and systemic diseases
  • Following up with patients post-treatment
  • Managing patient experiences to ensure positive outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Active Illinois dental license and malpractice insurance
  • Compliance with legal healthcare standards
  • Excellent communication and record-keeping skills
  • Thorough knowledge of dental procedures and tools
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities
  • Ability to manage complications and perform advanced procedures such as implant placement
