Guardian Dentistry Partners in Arlington is seeking a General Dentist to join a well-established family practice. You will have mentorship, a clear Doctor Development Plan, and a path to partnership while leveraging modern technology and a strong patient flow to support clinical autonomy.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active State Dental License & DEA License.
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including restorative procedures, extractions, crown & bridge, endodontics, iTero scanning.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care including restorative, endodontic, crown and bridge treatments.
• Perform extractions (simple and surgical); implant placement experience is a plus.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience with clear communication.
• Collaborate with leadership and participate in mentorship and growth plans.

• Full-time General Dentist position (Monday-Thursday)
• Expected yearly earnings $300,000 + with unlimited earning potential based on collections
• PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base – No Medicaid

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active State Dental License & DEA License
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including:
• Restorative procedures
• Extractions (simple and surgical)
• Crown & Bridge
• Endodontics (Root Canals)
• iTero scanning
• Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required
