Job summary

Arlington Dental Aesthetics in Arlington, VA is seeking a full-time General Dentist (Mon-Thu) to provide comprehensive care in a busy, family-oriented practice.

Earn $300,000+ annually with unlimited earning potential based on collections, with PPO and FFS patient base. Mentorship and a clear Doctor Development Plan, and a path to partnership.

The practice features state-of-the-art digital technology including iTero scanners and 3D imaging, strong patient flow, and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active State Dental License & DEA License.
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including Restorative procedures.
• Extractions (simple and surgical).
• Crown & Bridge.
• Endodontics (Root Canals).
• iTero scanning.
• Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit.
• Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry with restorative, extraction, crown & bridge, and endodontic care.
• Utilize iTero scanning and 3D imaging to support diagnoses and treatment planning.
• Deliver exceptional patient experiences and collaborate with team.
• Participate in Doctor Development Plan and mentorship sessions.
