Job summary

HealthDrive is hiring a Dentist to serve residents in nursing homes and long-term care facilities across eastern Wisconsin. The role offers part-time or full-time (2-5 days/week) with a $1,000 per day base rate and full benefits for full-time staff.

The Dentist will provide general dentistry, manage care in facilities, travel daily to sites, and collaborate with a dedicated administrative and regulatory teams. A D.D.S./D.M.D. and state license are required.

Qualifications

• D.D.S./D.M.D. required.
• State professional license.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with elderly/dental care in clinical settings preferred.
• Ability to work with assistants and independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and healthcare software.

Responsibilities

• Provides routine examinations and oral cancer screenings.
• Performs routine extractions and fillings.
• Performs denture fabrication, relines, and repairs.
• Performs restorative dental services including crowns and bridges.
• Provides cleanings and x-rays.
• Provides emergency services.
• Maintains a monthly average of 20 patients per day.
• Enters patient information and completes required clinical documentation in our EMR system.
• Mobile model treatment requires daily travel to facilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
