Job summary

HealthDrive is seeking a Dentist to work in eastern Wisconsin, with options for part-time or full-time (2-5 days per week). The role includes a $1,000 per day base rate, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive team with full administrative and regulatory backing.

The Dentist will provide care in nursing homes and long-term care facilities, travel daily to sites, and enjoy autonomy in scheduling and pace while benefiting from a provided EMR system and on-site dental assistant support.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree.
• State license to practice dentistry.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Dentistry background with proficiency in assessment, treatment, management and evaluation of dental care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with an assistant or independently if necessary.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to use email, the Internet and learn healthcare software.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry services to residents in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities.
• Perform routine exams, oral cancer screenings, extractions and fillings.
• Fabricate, relines, and repair dentures; perform crowns and bridges.
• Provide cleanings, X-rays, and emergency dental services.
• Maintain a monthly average of patients per day.
• Enter patient information and document in EMR.
• Travel to facilities for mobile care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

HealthDrive is currently seeking a Dentist, to work Part-Time or Full-time (2-5 days per week) in eastern Wisconsin (work available in greater Green Bay, Appleton, and Fond du Lac areas)

Responsibilities

The Dentist will provide general dentistry services to the residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long term care facilities within an assigned territory.

Essential Functions:

• Provides routine, preventative examinations and oral cancer screenings


• Performs routine extractions and fillings


• Performs denture fabrications, relines, and repairs


• Performs restorative dental services including crowns and bridges


• Provides cleanings and x-rays


• Provides emergency services


• Dentists are expected to maintain a monthly average of 20 patients per day


• Enters patient information and completes required clinical documentation in our cutting-edge EMR system.


• Mobile model treatment of patients requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

• State professional license
