Job summary

Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is seeking a Dental Sales Executive to lead growth for dental and vision products. You will develop market strategies, build strategic partnerships, and drive membership growth across assigned markets.

This role involves end-to-end sales, broker engagement, and competitive proposals, with travel required and a focus on educating internal teams on product positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of dental benefits sales experience; proven healthcare sales track record.
• Licensed Life & Health producer with ability to travel frequently.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to work independently in complex environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive dental and vision growth strategy within assigned markets.
• Achieve or exceed membership growth targets through effective prospecting and broker engagement.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including RFP responses, financial presentations, and implementation oversight.
• Collaborate with matrix partners to design winning presale strategies and deliver competitive proposals.
• Provide market insights to influence product development and pricing strategies.
• Lead broker development initiatives and maintain a strong presence in key verticals such as Government, Education, and Healthcare.
• Deliver training and coaching to internal sales teams on dental product positioning and competitive differentiation.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Cigna Dental products through ongoing education and participation in business reviews.
