Job summary

Animal Dental Care & Oral Surgery – Fort Collins is seeking a full-time RVT/CVT/LVT with 3+ years of veterinary experience and a strong interest in dentistry and anesthesia. The role involves patient care from pre-op through recovery, direct client communication, and collaboration with doctors and the dental team.

The practice emphasizes advanced anesthesia and dentistry, ongoing CE, and opportunities to pursue VTS Dentistry within a supportive, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• RVT/CVT/LVT with 3+ years veterinary experience.
• Interest in dentistry and anesthesia; dentistry experience preferred.
• Willing to develop advanced skills and pursue education.
• Able to communicate treatment plans and estimates to clients.

Responsibilities

• Induction, maintenance, monitoring and recovery of anesthesia.
• Dental prophylaxis, periodontal probing and charting.
• Assist in dental procedures and surgical cases.
• Venipuncture and phlebotomy as needed for patients.
• Prepare, organize, and sterilize instruments and treatment areas.
• Communicate with doctors, clients, and team about patient care and plans.
