ELITE DENTAL PARTNERS L in Chillicothe, IL is seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator to educate patients, present options, and ensure accurate treatment plans. You will manage schedules and coordinate with labs to ensure case completion before appointments.

You will perform administrative tasks, maintain precise records, and support a patient-centered practice with opportunities for growth within a full-time role. The position offers an hourly wage of $21-$25 USD.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; business/healthcare education preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in dental/healthcare/service environment.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred.
• Superior communication and customer service skills with a desire to help patients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and dental software; Dentrix strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on treatment plans and oral health importance.
• Present treatment options and gain financial consent including payment plans.
• Ensure treatment plans are accurate in the system.
• Manage a productive schedule and schedule future appointments.
• Coordinate with labs to ensure case completion prior to appointments.
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and timely.
