Gentle Dental is hiring Treatment Coordinators for full-time positions in our Tempe offices. You will manage patients through the full cycle—from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance—and clearly communicate treatment plans and financial options.

The role requires 1–2 years of front office experience in medical settings, strong computer skills, and the ability to present treatment plans and costs to patients. Competitive hourly pay with solid benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients' full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients to a happy and healthy smile from first appointment to last.
