Gentle Dental is hiring for a Treatment Coordinator in Colorado to manage patients from initial consult through treatment acceptance and financial planning. You will present options clearly and guide patients to choose appropriate care, ensuring understanding and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance and payment planning.
• Communicate financial options based on proposed treatment and ensure understanding.
• Guide patients from first appointment to completion, achieving a happy and healthy smile.
