Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental office, preferably as a treatment coordinator or front desk administrator.
• Proficiency with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance billing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans to patients clearly and compassionately, ensuring full understanding of procedures and costs.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-ups, and appointment confirmations to maintain a productive daily schedule.
• Verify dental insurance benefits, process claims, and assist patients with financing options.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, concerns, and case acceptance.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within dental practice management software.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional care delivery.
• Support office operations and assist with administrative duties with potential to transition into an Office Manager role.
