Formación

• Includes front office and clinical dental assisting experience
• Experience in a professional medical or dental environment with customer service
• Experience presenting treatment plans to patients and explaining insurance benefits
• Able to learn new programs and adapt to changes

Responsabilidades

• Present financial treatment plans to patients
• Coordinate with dental insurance processes
• Multi-task in a fast-paced dental office
• Maintain strong interpersonal relationships with patients and staff
• Provide front office and clinical assisting support as needed
