D4C Dental is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to help families access care by explaining treatment options and financing. The ideal candidate combines front office duties with clinical dental assisting experience and a passion for children’s smiles.

This role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and teamwork; travel between offices if needed. We offer PTO, holidays, health benefits, 401k, disability insurance, and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school degree or equivalent.
• Associates degree in Business or equivalent preferred.
• Bilingual preferred, but not required.
• X-ray certification preferred, may be obtained through the Company.
• Experience in medical/dental front desk or customer service desired.

Responsabilités

• Present financial treatment plans to patients.
• Work with dental insurance; familiarity with claims and benefits.
• Back office dental experience a plus.
• Multitask and communicate effectively with staff and patients.
• Attend office meetings and morning huddles; travel between offices if needed.
