The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a medical or dental setting, strong communication, and comfort with insurance processes. Travel between offices may occur, with a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a medical/dental front-office or customer-service role.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and handling insurance processes.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Present financial treatment plans to patients and discuss options.
