The ideal candidate has completed a dental assistant program with an externship and excels in customer service, multi-tasking, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Graduated from a dental assistant program and externship preferred.
• Bilingual is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in medical/dental environment.

Responsibilities

• Present financial treatment plans to patients.
• Assist patients with dental insurance processes.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional image.
• Multitask, follow directions and work as a flexible team member.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
