Job summary

Active Dental is seeking a confident, driven dental professional to join our Business Admin Team. We’ve built centralized teams to handle calls, patient intake, confirmations, insurance verification, and RCM support, enabling the in-office team to focus on patient care and running a great practice.

We offer $24–$28/hr plus incentives up to $30/hr, a $1,000 bonus after a successful 90-day training, PTO and medical benefits, structured training, and clear opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• An exceptional in-office patient experience
• Check-in, check-out & daily administrative flow
• Treatment presentation & financial conversations
• Scheduling treatment and collecting patient balances
• Confidently presenting larger treatment plans, including $5,000+ cases
• Partnering with our doctors and Clinical Team
• Following up on unscheduled treatment
• Contributing to office goals and individual goals resulting in results
