Job summary

Active Dental in Plano, TX is seeking a confident, driven dental professional to join our Business Admin Team. You will help manage patient intake, confirmations, insurance verification, and daily administrative flows, while delivering an outstanding in-office patient experience.

We offer hourly pay of $24–$28 with performance incentives up to $30, plus a $1,000 bonus after successful completion of training.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental front desk or medical office preferred.
• Strong communication and patient service skills.
• Ability to discuss treatment plans and financing confidently.

Responsibilities

• An exceptional in-office patient experience.
• Check-in, check-out & daily administrative flow.
• Treatment presentation & financial conversations.
• Scheduling treatment and collecting patient balances.
• Confidently presenting larger treatment plans, including $5,000+ cases.
• Partnering with our doctors and Clinical Team.
• Following up on unscheduled treatment.
• Contributing to office goals and individual goals resulting in results.
