Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Dental Treatment Coordinators located in either our East Beach, Portsmouth, Hampton, Richmond, or Midlothian locations. The Dental Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for treatment planning, insurance processing, customer service, effective communication with patients, and ensuring high-quality dental care.

Qualifications

• Treatment Planning and Dental Care skills
• Experience in Insurance processing
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a positive team
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in a dental setting is a plus
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
