We are looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator who will:

  1. Educate, consult, and present patient treatment plans.
  2. Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  3. Verify insurance for all clinical appointments.
  4. Enter patient information into dental software.
  5. Review patient accounts for accuracy.
  6. Collect payments for services rendered.
  7. Develop and maintain doctor/hygiene schedules.
  8. Support marketing and promotional activities to increase patient growth.
  9. Greet and check patients in and out.
  10. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  11. Have at least two years of front office experience, preferably in a dental setting.
  12. Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  13. Have knowledge of dental software (strongly preferred).
