High End Hiring is seeking an ambitious Dental Administrative professional to join a busy dental practice as a Treatment Coordinator. The ideal candidate has dental office exposure and a background as a Front Desk Coordinator or Dental Assistant, with some treatment coordination exposure.

Training is provided, and a positive attitude is valued. The role emphasizes accurate calculation of treatment plans and insurance estimates, strong communication with patients, and exceptional customer service

You don't need to be an expert—we're looking for someone with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to succeed. Whether you've helped present treatment plans, discuss financial options, or coordinate patient care in a busy, hands-on dental office, your experience could be a strong foundation for this opportunity.

Office Hours: 7:00 -6:00 Monday - Friday, no weekends. You will have a 40-hour schedule within these hours that will be assigned after initial training period.
