Job summary

High End Hiring is seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator in San Francisco to join a growth-minded practice. This role suits someone with dental office exposure who can blend patient care with sales and growth mindset.

You will guide patients through treatment options, explain the value of recommended care, coordinate appointments and treatment plans, and help build lasting patient relationships while contributing to practice growth. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with bonuses for performance.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required in the office.

We're looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator who is eager to grow with our practice. If you have some experience in dentistry—but aren't set in your ways,we’d love to meet you.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked as a Front Desk Coordinator, Dental Assistant, or in another dental office role. We believe in developing talent and are committed to training the right person.

Bilingual – English/Spanish is an absolute MUST in our office.

Full-Time | $28–$38/hour based on experience + Bonuses | Career Growth Opportunity
