Blue Oak Dental in Roseville is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to join our friendly team. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, answer questions, present treatment plans, and help collect payments to keep the office running smoothly.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and flexible hours. The role requires 1–2 years of front office experience in a dental setting; Denticon is a plus; bilingual helpers welcome; reliable transportation is required. Full-time, 40 hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office experience in a dental environment
• Computer literacy is a must; Denticon experience is a plus
• Bilingual helpful, but not required
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs is preferred
• Customer service experience required
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and establish rapport with a professional image
• Schedule appointments and answer patient questions
• Present treatment plans and discuss available options and costs
• Collect payments and help ensure smooth office flow from check-in to checkout
