Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of front office dental experience, strong computer skills (Denticon a plus), and a positive, patient-centered approach. This role offers full-time hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years front office experience in a dental environment.
• Computer literacy is a must; Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual helpful, but not required.
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and discussing costs of services preferred.
• Customer Service experience.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and establish rapport.
• Schedule appointments and answer patients' questions.
• Present treatment plans and discuss costs.
• Collect payments and ensure smooth office flow.
• Support timely patient care and office operations.
