We have a great opportunity for a Treatment Coordinator to join our team!
Agnini Family Dental is a general, multi-doctor practice with 5 full-time Dental Hygienists seeking an efficient, organized, detail-oriented person to be a part of our successful family practice. We are looking for a dedicated team player who can communicate effectively and compassionately with our patients, keep doctor schedules full and productive, and actively work a follow up system for our patient database
Applicants must be talented in conversing with patients, possess a strong skill set in dental front office operations, and be able to problem-solve barriers to dental care. Our treatment coordinators help our patients by presenting treatment plans, scheduling appointments, assisting with patient financing, and is the liason between the doctor and the patient. Dental office experience is required. Dentrix G7 software knowledge is a plus!

Responsibilities
-Present treatment plans, track progress, and act as a contact between the patient and our doctors
-Closely monitor the doctor's schedule , acting quickly to address last-minute schedule changes
-Research patient insurance benefits for our fee-for-service practice
-Secure and coordinate patient financial arrangements using Care Credit, Wells Fargo financing, and Proceed financing.
-Perform general front office tasks such as scheduling appointments and answering phones.
-Appointment check-out and posting payments
-Prepare referral letters, recall letters, memos and other correspondence
Qualifications
-Knowledge of all general and surgical dental procedures and terminology
-Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a dental front office position
-Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete tasks in a timely and independent manner
