Job summary

Hackensack Dentist is seeking an experienced and energetic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing private practice in Hackensack, NJ. This role focuses on presenting treatment plans, coordinating patient care, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of dental office experience and strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dental office experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of dental office experience
• Experience as a Treatment Coordinator preferred
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Knowledge of dental insurance, benefits, and patient responsibilities
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
