About the Practice

At CarolinasDentist Fayetteville, we provide exceptional patient care to our patients while creating a fun energetic atmosphere for our staff. We are looking for a team player, with a positive attitude, good people skills, and great communication. You must have a dedicated work ethic, be punctual, able to multitask, and have dental experience. We are looking for someone that takes initiative and is open and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator team member who will:

• Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance for all clinical appointments.
• Enter information on dental software in patient accounts.
• Ensure and review entire patient account for complete and accurate information.
• Collect all monies due for services rendered.
• Develop and maintain doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to increase and stimulate new patient growth.
• Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
