Children's Dental FunZone in Colton, CA is seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing pediatric practice. You will engage with patients, explain treatment options, schedules, and financing while coordinating care with the team.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service and sales experience, enjoy working with children, and are fluent in Spanish. Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus, and you should be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children.
• Previous customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Upbeat personality.
• Knowledge of Dentrix software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Experience in orthodontic treatment planning is desirable.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to discuss treatment planning, options, benefits, and financial arrangements.
• Proficiency in electronic billing systems.
• Knowledge of PPO and HMO insurance plans and their limitations.
• Excellent communication skills, especially with children and parents.
• Prepare and present dental treatment plans to patients.
• Offer alternative payment methods and educate patients on healthy lifestyles and hygiene.

Job Type:

• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with two Saturdays a month from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
• Competitive hourly rate ranging from $23.00 to $28.00 plus benefits and monthly bonuses
