Job summary

Children's Dental FunZone in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an amazing Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our pediatric practice. You will discuss treatment options, financial arrangements, and help patients understand their dental plans while coordinating scheduling and billing.

This full-time role requires excellent communication, customer service, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Dentrix is a plus; bilingual Spanish is preferred; benefits include

Responsibilities

• Discuss treatment planning, treatment options, benefits, and financial arrangements with patients
• Familiar with electronic billing
• Knowledge of PPO, HMO, and Denti-cal insurance plans
• Communicate well with children and their parents
• Prepare, present, and educate patients on dental treatment plan options
• Offer patients alternate means of payment methods
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyles and hygiene

• Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; 2 Saturdays in a month 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Hourly+ Benefits + Monthly Bonuses
• pay rate $23.00- $26.00
