Children's Dental FunZone, located in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with two Saturdays per month, offering an hourly rate of $23.00–$26.00 plus monthly bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

The position involves explaining treatment options, managing financial arrangements, and coordinating with families to ensure outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities

• Discuss treatment options, benefits, and financial plans with patients.
• Familiar with electronic billing.
• Knowledge of PPO/HMO/Medicaid (Denti-Cal) plans.
• Communicate effectively with children and parents.
• Present and educate patients on treatment plan options.
• Offer alternative payment options.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and healthy habits.

Job Duties

• Discuss treatment planning, treatment options, benefits, and financial arrangements with patients
• Familiar with electronic billing

• Prepare, present, and educate patients on dental treatment plan options
