Ideal candidates have front desk dental office experience, strong teamwork and communication, and familiarity with Open Dental or Dentrix. This position offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in dental patient management software such as Open Dental or Dentrix.
• Previous experience working at the front desk of a dental office is preferred.
• Familiarity with dental terminology is highly preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Scheduling patient appointments efficiently.
• Verifying insurance coverage for patients.
• Collecting and managing patient balances accurately.
• Overseeing patient health information securely.

We are looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Christiansen Dental! Schedule

Mon‑Tues 6:30‑5, Wed‑Thurs 6:30‑4, Fri 6:30‑1

Compensation

$20‑$25/hour
