You will use sales and customer service skills to build trust with patients, discuss insurance and financing options, and re-engage opportunities into scheduled appointments, supporting office growth.

Dental Treatment Coordinator - $1000 Sign on Bonus Job Summary

The Patient Ambassador is a high-energy, patient-facing role responsible for increasing case acceptance, driving treatment plan conversions, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. We are seeking someone with strong sales and customer service experience who excels at building relationships, connecting with patients, and creating trust quickly. This role combines consultative sales, hospitality, and patient education to help patients understand the value of treatment while supporting office production and growth goals.

Qualifications

• Dental or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
