Job summary

Carolina Family Health Centers, Inc. is seeking a Sterilization Technician to support the dental team by maintaining sterilization and disinfection of instruments and equipment. The role ensures patients receive high-quality care at each appointment.

The position offers a 40-hour workweek with no weekends, a full benefits package, and paid holidays. Excellent English/Spanish communication is preferred, along with basic computer skills and a valid NC driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the practice of dentistry.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Knowledge of current principles and practices of public health.
• Knowledge of audiovisual materials and equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
• Bilingual communication abilities in English and Spanish.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
• NC Driver License.
