Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental or medical office is a plus.

• Set up, decontaminate, sterilize instruments, restock.
• Order supplies.
• Break down and dispose of supply cardboard boxes as needed.
• Take radiographic images after proper certification provided.
• Maintain awareness of patient comfort and safety.
• Coordinate patient flow and comfort with team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all treatment rooms for safe, predictable, and high‑quality surgery for patients
• Treatment room set‑up, decontamination, sterilization of all instruments, cleaning, and restocking
• Order supplies
• Break down and dispose of supply cardboard boxes, as needed
• Take radiographic images as prescribed by the doctor (after proper certification, which we will provide)
• Maintain awareness of the comfort and safety needs of patients
• Communicate with other essential team members to coordinate patient flow and comfort
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• We are more interested in finding the right candidate and are willing to train, but experience in a dental or medical office setting is a plus
• High school diploma

Compensation and Benefits

• Wage: $17–$22 per hour DOE
• 90‑day review and wage assessment, with potential for increase
• 32‑34 hour work week
• Health insurance benefit after 30 days; all other benefits eligible after the 90‑day probation period
• 40 hours of vacation (accrued annually), doubling at year3 of service
• 5 days of sick pay per year
• 5 paid holidays
