Dentists' Office of Hudson Valley is seeking a Dental Sterilization Technician to maintain cleanliness and order in the laboratory and operatory area, manage tray setups, and ensure all instruments are properly sterilized and ready for procedures.

The role is full-time in the Hudson Valley office with a schedule of Monday to Thursday 8:45am–5pm and Friday to Saturday 7:45am–4pm, paying 18–22 USD per hour. Candidates should be detail-oriented and capable of working well with staff and patients.

Pay: 18-22per hour

Full time: Monday-Thursday 8:45am to 5pm, Friday - Saturday 7:45am to 4pm

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of the laboratory/office and all tray set ups. All disinfected instruments placed in sterilization. New instrument set up placement on trays (mirror, explorer, syringe, gauze). Hand pieces sterilized, air way syringes wiped clean. Monitor operatory supplies. Pour and trims models. Assist with seating of patients and treatment set up. Develop x-rays as needed. Insure cases ready for pick up. Other tasks as assigned.

• Demonstrated ability in a detailed work environment and working according to established formats and protocols.
• Ability to interact effectively with other employees as well as with the general public.
