Job summary

Team Perio in California is hiring a full‑time dental assistant to support our dental surgery team. You will prepare treatment rooms, assist during procedures, and help maintain a calm, patient‑friendly environment.

We offer a wage of $17–$20 per hour DOE, a 36–40 hour work week, and a benefits package including health insurance after 30 days. Training is provided; high school diploma required, positive attitude and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dental or medical office is a plus.
• Clear communication with patients and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms for safe, high‑quality surgery.
• Set up, decontaminate, sterilize instruments, clean and restock.
• Order supplies.
• Break down and dispose of supply boxes as needed.
• Take radiographic images as prescribed (certification provided).
• Maintain awareness of patient comfort and safety.
• Coordinate patient flow with other team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
