Job summary

Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is looking for a dependable Sterile Technician to join our dental team. No dental or sterile processing experience is required—we are willing to train the right person and help keep instruments and treatment areas clean, sterilized, organized, and ready for patient care.

You will work with dentists and the clinical team in a fast-paced setting, contributing to patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• No prior dental or sterile technician experience required; training provided.
• Ability to follow detailed safety procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and equipment
• Follow established infection control and sterilization procedures
• Prepare instruments and supplies for patient appointments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sterilization area
• Monitor and maintain sterilization equipment and supplies
• Follow OSHA, infection control, and office safety guidelines
• Support the dental team as needed to help keep the office running smoothly
• Help create a safe, welcoming environment for our patients and team
