Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a dependable Sterile Technician to join our dental team. No prior dental or sterile processing experience is required—we will train you. You will help ensure instruments and treatment areas are cleaned, sterilized, organized, and ready for patient care.

Schedule is M-Th, 7am to 5 pm. You will work with the dental team, follow infection-control procedures, maintain the sterilization area, and support the office in delivering safe patient care.

Qualifications

• No prior dental or sterile technician experience required — we will train.
• Dependable, responsible, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and equipment
• Follow established infection control and sterilization procedures
• Prepare instruments and supplies for patient appointments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sterilization area
• Monitor and maintain sterilization equipment and supplies
• Follow OSHA, infection control, and office safety guidelines
• Support the dental team as needed to help keep the office running smoothly
• Help create a safe, welcoming environment for our patients and team
