Desort is seeking a results-driven Dental Staffing Sales Representative to acquire new dental practice clients through outbound calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting. This 100% commission-only role offers uncapped earning potential and flexible scheduling.

You will build and manage your own sales pipeline nationwide, connecting with practice owners and decision-makers, and convert opportunities into revenue.

Formación

• Experience in B2B sales, cold calling, business development or staffing sales preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable with rejection and consistent outbound prospecting.
• Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven.
• Comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
• Dental industry experience and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

About the Role

Desort is a nationwide recruitment and staffing firm helping dental practices hire qualified professionals. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven sales representative to acquire new dental practice clients through outbound calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.

Important: This is a 100% commission-only position with no base salary, hourly pay, or guaranteed income. Earnings depend entirely on the business you generate.
