Seeking a fun and hard-working individual to add to our Talent Acquisition Team! This position is 100% remote.

Sage Dental is growing, with 130+ offices in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama. We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our team. The Dental Team Recruiter is responsible for recruitment tasks for staff positions (OM, AOM, DA, etc.) in specific regions of Sage Dental offices. The successful candidate will have solid experience in dental recruitment (ideally Staff positions), a customer service attitude, and be willing to travel up to 5-10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a Strategic Talent Advisor, partnering with the business to drive full-cycle recruitment.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to develop and understand position requirements.
• Ensure high candidate engagement and a positive candidate experience.
• Drive and influence the candidate assessment and selection process.
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and cultivate passive talent.
• Communicate recruiting activity and status proactively to Hiring Managers and Business Partners.
• Leverage technology and tools to maximize candidate quality and productivity.
• Influence and improve recruiting processes and metrics.
• Partner with the broader TA team to ensure consistent recruiting practices.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Dental Recruiting or Talent Acquisition, DSO experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Personal integrity and accountability.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Must be able to travel up to 10% for dental conferences, career fairs, etc.
