DirectDental is seeking a warm, organized bilingual English/Spanish Patient Service Representative to join our growing Multi Specialty Practices. You will manage scheduling across 3 locations and serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming patient experience.

You will bridge language gaps for the Spanish-speaking community, coordinating with providers to keep calendars aligned and patients well cared for.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required to bridge communication with Spanish-speaking patients.
• Ability to handle a high-volume patient influx with organization and efficiency.
• Strong phone etiquette and welcoming patient interaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming multi-line calls with a friendly, helpful tone.
• Be the first point of contact, welcoming new and existing patients.
• Coordinate and manage appointment books across 3 practice locations.
• Identify patient location preference during scheduling for accurate routing.
• Coordinate with rotating dentists, specialists, and hygienists to align schedules.

We are seeking a warm, organized, and fluent bilingual English/Spanish Patient Service Representative to join our growing Multi Specialty Practices!! As a PSR you will be our air traffic controller of our scheduling ecosystem. We need sharp, oraganized individual who can effortlessly navigate calendars for our multiple locations.

As a first point of contact for our practice, You will play a crucial role in shaping the patient experience. You will bridge the communication gaps for our spanish-speaking comunity, ensuring every patient feels welcomed, understood and well cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

Phone Hospitality:

Answer incoming multi-line phone calls with an audible " smile in your voice," ensuring every patient experiences a warm, welcoming, and helpful interaction from the very first second.

First Impressions:

Serve as the energetic voice of our pratice, answering phones promptly and enthusiastically to welcome new and existing patients.

Multi-Location Scheduling:

Coordinate and manage appointment books accross 3 practice locations and schedule efficiently

Patient Routing:

Correctly identify the patient's preferred or closests location during scheduling

Provider Coordination:

Keep track of rotating dentists, specialist, and hygienists who split their time between locations to ensure scheudling alignment.
