Job summary

Syneos Health in Seattle seeks a results-driven sales professional to promote consumer oral health products to dental practices across a territory.

You will plan coverage, build relationships with dentists and hygienists, deliver scientific presentations, and drive quarterly and annual sales goals. Bachelor’s degree required; 1–2 years Hygiene/B2B/pharma sales preferred; travel may be required; base salary $68k–$70k with commission potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1–2 years Hygiene or 1–2 years B2B or 1–2 years Pharmaceutical Sales preferred.
• Proven outside sales success preferred.
• Dental field knowledge preferred.
• Willingness to travel with valid driver’s license and territory residency.

Responsibilities

• Call on General Practice Dentist and Periodontist practices in the territory.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular coverage of the territory.
• Develop relationships with Dental Practitioners and Hygienists and achieve call expectations.
• Deliver scientific product presentations outlining features, benefits and services.
• Engage dental professionals to address patient needs with product solutions.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
