Lux Dental Management Corp's 305 Dentistry in Miami, FL is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to handle a high volume of calls and close sales to meet monthly targets. The role requires dental knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to educate patients on implants and veneers.

Work in person in Miami with 25–30 hours per week, earning base salary + commission and benefits such as employee discount and PTO. At least 2 years in a dental office is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience working in a dental office
• Dental knowledge is required

• Ability to educate customers on dental services and procedures

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls (about 150 per day)
• Identify and schedule qualified prospects for a consultation
• Provide prospects with information about dental procedures (implants, veneers)
• Develop and maintain relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
• Enter prospect data accurately into the system
• Online chat with prospects via social platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
• Follow up with potential patients who expressed interest
• Send information packets to scheduled prospects before first visits

Role Overview

In this role, we are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of call per day and focusing on closing sales to meet exceed monthly targets set by the company.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound telephone call and making outbound call (Averaging 150 Call per day)
• Identify/ schedule qualified prospects for a consultation
• Provide Prospect with detailed information about all dental procedure( Implant/Veneers)
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with costumer to ensure high levels of costumer satisfaction.
• Accurately enter all data about prospect's information.
• Online chat with prospect's including but no limited to social media Platforms sus Instagram and Facebook
• Manage Follow up process by reaching out to potential patient who have already expressed and interest in 305 Dentistry
• Send information packets to scheduled prospect prior to the first visits.
