Job summary

Central Ohio Endodontics is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and support smooth operation of the practice. This full-time role is based in Worthington, OH, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm.

You will greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, handle payments, and maintain accurate records while upholding HIPAA and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service, healthcare, scheduling or patient-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations.
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Central Ohio Endodontics is an established endodontic specialty practice serving central Ohio with locations in Worthington, Dublin, and Westerville. We are a fast-paced, collaborative, and patient-centered practice dedicated to providing outstanding care and creating a positive experience for every patient.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
