Job summary

McMurtrey Endodontics in Westminster, CO is seeking a friendly, organized Dental Receptionist to greet patients, schedule appointments, and support daily operations in a fast-paced endodontic practice.

You will answer calls, verify insurance, process payments, maintain records, and ensure patient confidentiality. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are preferred; full-time schedule, with some on-call days as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Experience with dental practice management software.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and maintain a welcoming, professional environment.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication.

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting the daily operations of our fast-paced, patient-focused Endodontic practice. If you're passionate about exceptional customer service, thrive in a collaborative environment, and enjoy helping patients feel at ease, we'd love to meet you.

Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are preferred.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Wednesday 6:30am-5:30 and fill in other days as needed

Responsibilities
