You are:

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle phone calls, scheduling, insurance verifications, and patient inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.Present treatment plans and assist patients with scheduling their care.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to keep patient flow running smoothly.
• Play an active role in converting new patient inquiries into scheduled appointments, directly impacting both practice growth and your own commission income.
