Job summary

Konza Prairie Community Health Center is seeking a Dental Patient Access Representative to join our patient-centered dental team. This role ensures smooth patient flow by handling scheduling, registration, and insurance verification with a friendly, service-first approach.

You will support operations and help patients navigate financial discussions when needed. Applicants should have a high school diploma, office or customer service experience, and basic typing and filing skills.

Schedule & Perks

Requirements

1. High school graduate or equivalent
2. Professional office and/or customer service experience
3. Basic office skills such as typing and filing
4. Ability to travel between MHK and JC clinics, as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bi-lingual
2. Dental treatment scheduling experience
3. EHR software experience
4. Experience professionally discussing financial status and arrangements with patients
5. Dental insurance processing and pre-authorization experience
