Job summary

Konza Prairie Community Health Center in Kansas is seeking a Dental Patient Access Representative to join our patient-centered care team. You will manage appointment scheduling, patient registration, and insurance verification to ensure smooth flow and a positive visit for every patient.

We offer a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, with early Friday closure at 2 PM, up to 200 hours of PTO annually, and employer retirement contributions. If you value meaningful, mission-driven work, apply today.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Professional office and/or customer service experience.
• Basic office skills such as typing and filing.
• Ability to travel between MHK and JC clinics, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance and help with pre-authorization as needed.
• Assist front desk operations and help maintain a smooth patient flow.

Requirements

1. High school graduate or equivalent
2. Professional office and/or customer service experience
3. Basic office skills such as typing and filing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bi-lingual
2. Dental treatment scheduling experience
3. EHR software experience
4. Experience professionally discussing financial status and arrangements with patients
5. Dental insurance processing and pre-authorization experience
